Unit H This luxurious three bedroom, three & one half bath condo is located on the Trout Street Yacht Basin and in the heart of Port Aransas. All of your needs for a wonderful holiday in this small island fishing village are only steps away. This beautiful home features ten foot ceilings, crown molding and eight foot paneled doors. The open living, dining and kitchen area has beautiful hardwood floors. The all stainless steel kitchen with granite counters is fully furnished and ready for any chef to prepare a special dish. A large balcony for dinning and relaxing is just beyond the living room and overlooks the wide promenade walk below. The laundry area is on also this floor.
The first floor bedroom is furnished with honey colored Tommy Bahama furniture featuring a king bed, triple dresser and wicker ceiling fan. The second floor master bedroom, with a king bed, is called the WOW room by everyone who sees it because of the spectacular view of the Lydia Ann lighthouse and the international shipping channel. The balcony of the master bedroom is a romantic place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a sunny balcony. Other amenities include marble bathrooms in every bedroom with Jacuzzi tubs in two of them and cable TV and DVD in the living room. There is a swimming pool with a hot tub in a beautifully landscaped common area. If you don't feel like taking the stairs to the second floor you can take the elevator. No smoking, no pets, please.
